Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of interpersonal communication skills on student satisfaction and motivation in the classroom. Good interpersonal communication skills are expected to create a positive learning environment, increase interaction between teachers and students, as well as between students themselves. We know that communication is the main key in creating sustainable relationships between two or more people. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach, namely describing and explaining the role of teachers' interpersonal communication skills on student satisfaction and motivation. The data collection technique used in this research is library research, where library research is the activity of collecting materials related to research originating from books, scientific journals, literature and other publications that are suitable as sources. For the research that the author will examine, the way to describe and explain the data is through several expert opinions. Research variables are anything in any form that is determined by the researcher to be studied so that information about it is obtained and then conclusions are drawn. The variables used in the research are the Independent Variable and the Dependent Variable. So, by using a qualitative approach, this research is expected to provide comprehensive facts about the influence of the use of learning media in the world of education. The benefit of this writing is to increase readers' insight into the importance of interpersonal communication skills in the world of education.
