The rise of intolerance and narrow religious understanding among the younger generation requires a fundamental educational approach that touches the inner dimension. This study aims to analyze the process and effectiveness of internalizing Sufi values in strengthening religious moderation among students at MTs Swasta Al-Huda Pangkalan Susu. The method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentary studies. The results indicate that the internalization of Sufi values—such as tawazun (balance), tawasuth (middle way), tasamuh (tolerance), and mahabbah (love) through exemplary modeling, habituation, curriculum integration, and extracurricular activities successfully shaped students' religious attitudes to become more inclusive, critical, and virtuous. This process also enhanced social harmony within the school environment. The implication of these findings is the need for a character education model that integrates spiritual-Sufi dimensions into the school ecosystem to build authentic and sustainable religious moderation.
