Abstract

The moral degradation of students has become a serious challenge requiring multi-stakeholder synergy within the educational ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the forms of collaboration between teachers and parents in addressing student moral degradation in the 024774 area of South Binjai District. The research method employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving teachers, parents, and students. The results reveal that effective collaboration is realized through multi-channel technology-based communication, structured parenting programs, and the establishment of a special task force that facilitates regular meetings between the school and families. However, challenges such as disparities in understanding, time constraints, and economic gaps still hinder the optimization of this partnership. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a contextual and sustainable school-family partnership model to strengthen the character foundation of students.
