Abstract

This research investigates the complex interplay between religiosity and well-being, focusing on the role of psychological health practices in this dynamic. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, we examined data from a varied participant group to evaluate how religious beliefs and activities influence psychological resilience and overall life satisfaction. The results indicate that greater religiosity correlates with better psychological health outcomes, subsequently leading to enhanced individual well-being. This study enriches our understanding of how spiritual involvement can act as a buffer for psychological health, providing valuable insights for mental health practitioners and faith communities in their efforts to foster comprehensive well-being.
