Abstract

Legal clinics are a forum for developing the practical skills of law students, bridging the gap between legal theory and practice in society. In the era of Society 5.0, where digital technology plays a significant role in human life, the role of legal clinics is undergoing a significant transformation. This study aims to analyze how legal clinics in Indonesian universities adapt and innovate to face the challenges of digitalization. The research method used is qualitative, using a literature review approach and case studies at several universities with active legal clinic programs. The results show that legal clinics play a strategic role in strengthening digital legal literacy, developing technology-based legal services, and instilling professional ethics amidst rapid social change. In conclusion, legal clinics are a crucial instrument in shaping a generation of adaptive, innovative, and justice-oriented jurists in the era of Society 5.0.
