Abstract

The era of globalization and modernization has resulted in various developments in various aspects of human life, one of which is the business aspect. Digital business has become the choice of business actors because this business model allows them to conduct their operations more easily. Digital business involves technology and digitalization in every operational activity. On the other hand, to run a digital business that is adaptive to changes and developments in the technological world and in accordance with digital business principles, competent executive leadership is required in management.
