THE ROLE OF TASAWUF TOWARDS CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES

This article examines the role of Sufism for children with disabilities to provide support for children who have disadvantages in life and education in the school and community environment, through the roles of the values of inclusion, understanding and surrender to fate in the context of education and upbringing in the field of Sufism. This research investigates the role of Sufism in helping children with disabilities achieve holistic well-being. In a global context that is increasingly aware of the needs for inclusion, and Sufism's views on spiritual values and psychological well-being approaches are becoming increasingly relevant. This research involves an in-depth literature review that identifies key aspects of Sufism that can support children with disabilities out there and the practical approaches of several classical and contemporary Sufism figures who practice inclusion and respect for diversity are also explored. These findings also discuss the important role of Sufism itself towards children with disabilities
